We deliver, ship and install (optional service in China & USA) office furniture. We have alliances with installation companies and can arrange installation for you as smoothly as if you were right here in our backyard. 

Sure, assembly instruction will be sent for each knock down design furniture. And we are always trying best to make designing easier to be installed.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse or misuse.

The warranty period is typically from 3 to 5 years to the lifetime of the product. Warranties typically cover broken pieces and parts but not normal wear and tear.
