2. Services

Melbourne Art Space provides creative arts workshops and studio rentals as described on this platform. Service details, schedules, availability, and prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Booking and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.
• Payments can be made via the approved payment methods available on our site.
• All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund minus any transaction fees.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the session may be subject to partial or no refunds depending on the service type.
• No-shows for booked sessions are non-refundable.
• In cases where Melbourne Art Space cancels a service, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

5. Conduct and Safety

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other attendees. We reserve the right to refuse or remove anyone exhibiting disruptive or unsafe behavior, without refund.

Use of our studios and participation in workshops is at your own risk. Participants should disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely engage in activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our site, including images, text, logos, and course materials, are the property of Melbourne Art Space and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of materials is prohibited.
